FAQ
Everything you need to know
I’ve never tried a reformer before - is this for me?
Absolutely. All new clients start with a beginners session, it’s how we make sure you feel confident on the machine. Neesha will walk you through everything, explain every movement, and adjust resistance to where you are right now. No experience needed, just a willingness to work.
What makes your classes different?
Roop is six reformers and one teacher. That means Neesha sees every body in every session - correcting form, adjusting resistance, and pushing you when you’re ready. Classes are strength-based, never boring, and always challenging. If you’ve done reformer elsewhere and found it too easy or too samey, this is the answer to that.
How many people are in a class?
Six. That’s intentional. Small enough that no rep goes unseen, large enough to keep the energy in the room. You’ll always get the attention of a private session within a group setting.
Is there parking available?
Yes, plenty. We have ample free parking directly outside the building. Roop is located within the Hybrid Athlete gym, just head through the main entrance and follow the signs for the studio.
Do you have changing facilities?
We do. You’re welcome to use the full gym amenities, including clean changing rooms, toilets, and showers, so you can head straight from your reformer session to the rest of your day.
What’s the cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged as a used session. We know life happens - but with only six spots per class, every space matters.
What should I wear / bring?
Grip socks are essential on the reformer - you can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. Wear something fitted enough that Neesha can see your alignment; loose clothing makes it harder to correct form. Bring water. Everything else is taken care of.
